As we are growing our portfolio of restyled and rebranded hotels conform our Pillows Standards and  Etiquette, we are looking for a professional Host Front Office. 

 

Your role

 As a host front office you will be co-responsible for a unique experience and the overall well-being of our guests. You will ensure a warm welcome and make your guests comfortable by taking their luggage and offering a drink. With your attention for detail you ensure the perfect ambiance. Additionally your genuine guest focus will ensure their wellbeing. You will proactively provide information about the hotel and the points of interest in the area. As part of an all-round team of hosts you will combine your front office focus with back office work and where needed you will serve a drink.

 

Who are you?

 Are you communicative and solution focussed? Do you deliver genuine services? Are you able to retrieve the guest wish list and will you act accordingly?

Check your profile;

  • Several years of hotel experience gained in a luxury setting, restaurant or luxury leisure with international guests.
  • A completed hospitality degree would be great.
  • Keen interest in continuously growing your hospitality and luxury experience.
  • Able to work independently with a positive mindset.
  • Impeccable communicative skills in Dutch and English. French would be an advantage.
